Well this officially sucks.. for me.

So i had this nice computer i used it a lot. One day, i pulled it out, "la, lala, la, la......... Oh banzoo." It didn't work, basically thats it. I have an Code 31. my wireless adapters for my internet are broken, well "not working properly" and even if i plug in my computer the internet doesn't work, sooo something is pretty screwed up. So i found another laptop laying around, and im like, yay, another computer, and i start it up, and, noooo graphics card, so all it can do is internet, and words, basically, i mean it can play Starcraft, but who plays that any more? So i go to my other computer, to see if it could even run counter strike, or zm or anything, it can run soase, but not css. -______- I said this because i want to be made fun of, or advice. Advice would be nice, but im pretty sure its screwed up.

I know NOTHING about computers. But, it sounds to me like you may have a virus. I would take it in to get checked.

No virus, ive had it checked, plus have best anti-virus out there, its just, i don't even know.

On-Topic: Have you tried reinstalling network drivers? Or Windows, if that doesn't help?

Umm, i think ive tried to reinstall the network driver, not positive if it did, i put it on usb and tried, cuz i can't get to internet. and yes..... -_____- it is vista, but this is the first i have had problems with it. and and i don't have a windows disk..
