It IS coming. Of course there has been speculations that ZMOB would never happen, yet this obviously proves it wrong. I made this thread to spread the news.

P.S - I know it's not certain that this will be released, but I'm almost 100% sure it will be released.

Kind of old, but still somewhat exciting.

although I'm not expecting it to shit diamonds, if anything I'm expecting a CSS-type update with little-to-no visual changes. Not that that's a bad thing, but again, I'm not exactly wetting myself with anticipation.

I've asked and he said he's been working for a month. (which is a lie, that thread is OLD) But of course, he has beta testers, so I'm assuming it's near release.

Actually, the idea of upgrades on ZMOB doesn't look too hot. I would still play ZMOB though.

ima lol. they most likely fucked up the code in a way that making upgrades would be just silly hard to make. remember that the entire zm forums hates upgrades.
example: look at the upgrade comment on moddb. (or any topic on the zm forums mentioning upgrades.)

i will love it whenever upgrades do appear on it though. listen to the trolls rage about aids and cancer.

They'll appear, I don't even think Tanner really cares at the moment. Even if he does try pulling that shit, it won't be long before someone finds a way.

I might even have considered the ZM community a halfway-competent bunch if it weren't for them always flying into a fanboy rage every time anyone mentions upgrades.

As soon as the sourcemod developers support this new version, i.E find the proper function offsets and signatures, there can be upgrades.
And the points / upgrade levels database is entirely separate from the game code or anything. So we could even use that old db table.
Only thing we'd need now then is, someone who is willing to convert the (sourcemod) upgrades plugin to possible new changes in the new ZM version....

Maybe Quiti will be fixed :O!!!
