I no longer fucking mad no more aka Two Worlds 2

So I preorderd Two Worlds 2 - Royal Edition in september, the game got delayed several weeks, I thought "well, at least it will be pretty bug free then".
Reading the good online reviews last sunday - tuesday, I could not wait to receive my copy.
Today it finally arrived, the box was HUGE, the artbook, figurine, playing card set and the packaging all nice, and I couldn't wait to get playing.
But the fucking DVD has an error, I can't get the setup to run on any of the 3 DVD drives I have, neither in XP/Vista/7.
cmd.exe failed at copying the files to my desktop,too with a CRC Error.
ISO Buster failed at copying the stuff,too (although I am gonna try that one, apaprently it made at least >1 GB progress before my PC froze).
I wrote an e-mail to support and hope that at least it is true what people say in the official forum, that they will send a new DVD without any hassle.

UPDATE: IT FUCKING RUNS
ISOBuster managed to copy the files to HDD and I isntalled from there. Still hoping for a new DVD.

Nope, me no mad no more. I can play now. But I still want to get a new DVD. Probably gotta send them pics of the recipt + the broken DVD,though.
But at least I can PLAY now :D
Game looks quite good so far, I am still on the tutorial island and will probably be there for a while.

I heard Two Worlds (the first) sucked. Did it?
