i just found something i didn't know, by picking up some staff in game:

I personally like the lazer beam sword :)

I find QS + RS works great for bosses.
For those annoying high health enemies, RQRQRQRQD. Shit does like 10k damage, insta-gibs all normal enemies.
Low health enemies, M60.

Played some multiplayer with Indigo (and with wil for a few seconds). Its so much more fun with someone else there. The only downside is OMFG THE DEATHS. You die sooooooo much on multiplayer, half the time from stupid things. Example would be, we're basically on a small floating peninsula in a cave, so its really dark. I figured fire would make some light, so I throw down some grease and light it. Then without thinking, both me and Indigo walk through it, catch on fire, and fall off the side screaming.

But yeah, its really fun with multiple people, though I can't imagine how hectic it would be with 4 people.

Also, found a nice new combo to use, though I wouldn't recommend it on multiplayer (I kept accidently exploding indigo with it)
Jump into some enemies and quicky press shift and right click to push them back some. Then Q aoe, RSSSS aoe. The enemies around you will be frozen, and each time you RS, they take massive damage. Good for clearing rooms (sometimes).

RQ (ice) + RQ + RQ + RQ + D =one hit kill for most enemies, and takes down bosses pretty quickly

it was so fun together, i laughed so much because of the countless stupid deaths. Most of the times my fault, because idk what im thinking.. I mean.. there is pink firing a arcane bolt spell at some enemies.. and Indigo sees "oh look her HP are down a little, let me heal her while she fires arcane magic. ... *BOOOOM*

THIS GAME IS SO COMPLICATED!!!!!But it's really fun with your friends! I might ending up buying it after getting GMod.

Magicka: "so you have just finished a tough battle and are close to moving on to a checkpoint? Let me give you this very promising sounding and tempting to try right away thunderstorm skill first."

Me: "Oh cool thanks game, awesome. screw you checkpoint, i haz new skill" FQFQASA+<space> gogogo oh shi- *splat*

Also RRQR+<space> is so under-used and so much of a life safer on outside maps if you're being spammed with enemies.
You'd just want to make sure beforehand, your shields are up and stay up xD

Oh yeah. Don't ever use thunderstorm right before a checkpoint. *shakes head* Doing such is stupid. Use the checkpoint first. *nods*

I didn't. its so OP. So Congruently OP Indeed. i think i deserves an steam achievement for figuring that out. xD

makes me really curious now if water+arcane might be helpful against ze annoying fire-archers.

I haven't memorized the buttons yet, so...

lightningx2, icex2, shield QRQR AAE makes a great shield, especially if they're already wet.

I miss playing Magicka.
