Has anyone else heard/read about this?

Japan has been hit by a 8.9 earthquake, AND a tsunami that has engulfed several cities.
Four nuclear stations were safely shut down, however the cooling system is out of power.

My uncle is living in Japan for his job. He works in the Navy. Only heard from him last night. :/
