Anyone else got insomnia?

I can't fuckin sleep :/ ever.

A very interesting article about how bad it is to surf the Web before bed. I also suggest taking melatonin supplements before bed if you really can't(don't want to :3)go to bed before computer use.

My sleeping patterns are perfectly normal...go me!

I harldy ever have total insomnia... it jsut takes me a longass time to fall asleep xD (sometimes even when I feel totally exhausted)

Idk where you got it from. I get in bed, and 2 minutes later i'm out.

Muahaha the night before last I hardly slept at all, but last night I slept even more than usually.

i have medication that helps me sleep :D

but ive learned so much the past week, and i can sleep again yaaaaay :DDD


And yeah.
Get a normal sleep cycle. Don't ever stay up late.
And get off the PC. <- important, very very important.
