nvm, I found the info in the log files.
Luckily it was not my plugin that screwed up here, but some of the stock ones, which apparently is pretty badly coded :P

By chance you remember which server that was on?

I am asking this, because that screen text looks like my plugin actually, and it really shouldn't be just saying ADMIN:..
Instead it should display the name of the admin who triggered the message.
In fact I fixed that earlier, but might have messed up with copying the right version to the server.
