Seeing all those people leaving and now the Sammy Servers forum starting, makes me getting forum admin rights here feeling kinda like being made 2nd Mate on a sinking ship while the others either get away in rescue boats or jump over to another ship.

nah, more like you're getting made 2nd mate on a ship that had a small breach thats easily fixed, while others are jumping off into shark infested waters. the other forums is more like a life boat with people on our boat using it as target practice, and fucia is over in the water using a sledge hammer on it.

Well you can blame it all on me here.
I started thinking long ago about showing more appreciation towards Psychos work and loyalty and everything he did for this clan and its forum. The reasons that prevented me from making him a clan officer right away were, I wanted him to have time focus on his awesome modeling and mapping work, rather than waste his time dealing with forum kiddies.

Now, some 2 days ago, certain events forced me to make a rather quick decision fast, and one of the first people that came to my mind were Psycho and Wil. So I made both of them forum admins here, so they can help the clan and it's forum re-organize and become more serious again.
At that point, I wasn't aware that the other forum would go live right the next day. There had been talk about giving a sammyservers forum a try, see how it worked out for a couple of weeks, then decide if it was a good idea or not. But no fixed date was set for that, nothing that could of pointed me that this other forum would be made public right the following day, after I made Psycho and Wil forum admins here.

So yeah, unfortunate coincidence. I hope you realize Psycho, that all your time or work you spend here will still be appreciated by many, and it will certainly help the clan as a whole. And don't feel like a place holder or 2nd mate or anything, because I never thought of you that way.

I blame the recession. Everywhere I turn management is being "reorganized for greater efficiency" sigh.

psst, that other forum actually is on fire, i threw a few of our old troll posts into the random sections.

Oh come on, while the thing Sofa pulled certainly wasn't OK, trolling the forum won't get you anywhere and isn't fair towards Cherry.
