So ya, E3 is coming up and i figured we should have a thread just to discuss any speculations/rumors/new games that are announced.

I'll Start of by saying:

What i wish would show up:
Hl2 Ep3
Mirrors Edge 2

Also i saw this new trailer for a game called Xcom made by dem people at 2k (bio shock) . Game looks kinda freaky :/

I think It's supposed to be linked to those old RTS games from the Early-to-late 90's, although it doesn't actually look like it has dick all to do with them.

I also look forward to seeing a few new titles pop up.

That X-Com game by 2k Marine is an FPS with some RPG/Strategy elements in your HQ, so I guess it will not have too much in common with the older X-Com games.

Also, Valve said there will be no Hl2Ep3 on the E3.
But they canceled the Portal 2 event they had planned for a surprise. Which of coursed caused the wildest speculations, and people faking all kinds of images, ranging from having a hidden Gman in them to someone who looks like Duke Nukem.
I guess with Valve you really can't know, they are master trolls. Just look at Team Fortress 2, sometimes I think they only do those updates so they can troll some more with halos,white earbuds, nerfing classes, adding new weapons all other classes bitch about, and so on.

I hope Battlefield 3 is announced at E3

Also, i saw a trailer for the Portal 2 game. I like the level design with overgrown plants and stuff, but im curious as to what the gameplay and so called co-op will be like.

at first i was a bit skeptical if Portal 2 would be any good but after seeing the trailer, i think it will be a great sequel (hopefully)

And Portal 2 being delayed surely has NOTHING to do with the additional time needed to port it to PS3. Because PC gamers can wait months for a port, but not console players.

Yeah, I don't really think their going to port it after completing the other versions, because I'm pretty sure they didn't do that with The Orange Box.

Although if they do it that way, I hope PS3 gamers get a buggy poorly optimized version like most PC ports nowadays are.

Nah, we're talking about Portal: The Movie. It's supposed to have interactive menus that pop up here and there like a choose-your-own-adventure books.

I sure hope portal the movie has a interesting plot then
