I'm not worried about idiots joining the Group, if that happens ill just make it private again. I just realized we have alot of people who arent getting invites and therefore would like to be able to join it without one. Kay?

Well, this would usually be the recruitment / player management officers job, make sure that every newly approved member gets an invite to the group as well.
