I really don't think Portal was a good game. I thought it was a neat idea and all, but it was just to boring for me and i found it very dull.

or maybe you're all butthurt cause you didn't understand it or couldn't finish it.

much like myself. It was interesting and all, but I got stuck and Pink wouldn't help me. She just lol'd at me.

mainly because I got stuck in the tutorial.

Portal was a meh game. It wasn't better than Half-Life 2.

My only concern with Portal is that it was too short. But then, I got it in the Orange Box for 30€.

I loved portal. I beat it in a day, but it was a lot of fun, and if it's free, it's worth a try at it.
Also, I'm so buying portal 2 when it comes out.

WOOT thanks. I didn't know, and now I get to have more than a few games. Even if it's portal, it's better than nothing.

so aaaanyways. people saying portal is stupid need to go die. people who didn't like it are ok, they can go suffer for a bit. people who like it are cool. people who think its awesome and pretty are now awesome(r).

i blame the fact that most of you younger people (even if its 2-3 years younger than me) never grew up playing those older puzzle games. so when you have to actually use your brain, you rage quit and say the game sucks. can't stand no violence eh?

portal is pretty btw. way better than any other valve games i've played. plus it was free with the orange box. thats one badass free game imo.


super duper revelation edit: i just noticed, most the people here saying portal was meh or bad all have poopy computers. graphics make a huuuuuuge difference. its so pretty with max graphics + openGL (add -gl to start options)

I, Personally, can't wait for the second one.

The first one was really nice looking, humorous, and proved that you don't need violence to have fun. So I imagine Portal 2 will be just as good, if not better.
