You seem cool in game but have you looked at the rules before applying? lvl 18 of each stat is what you need.

I did look at the rules and it said they could be mixed between lvl 24 and 13

he fits the requirement, even if one level is 17 instead of 18. His Ammo regen is 23, that's enough points to get one upgrade from 17 to 18 if he wanted.

So if no one wants to say otherwise, Scottish should approve pownagesince19997 soon.

I totally Agree With You Indigo. I think it would be if i waited untill all his stats were level 18, i mean like, ive accepted people with lowere stats than him. so... without further adue...
